First things first: Wing Lei is home to the world's largest crystal dragon, and it is a sight worth seeing even if the food wasn't top-notch. Lucky for you, it is, which means a win-win for all. The lengthy list of appetizers can be intimidating, but rest assured, there is no misstep here. Adventurous palates should try the shredded jellyfish with sesame oil and deep-fried Miatake mushrooms, and the bean curd with spicy salt is a great starter to share. The deep-fried, almond-coated prawns entrᅢᄅe with wasabi sauce is the restaurant's most popular dish, and for good reason. The nutty sauce complements the fresh, sizeable prawns, leaving them light and delicious. Carnivores will be wooed by the barbecued beef with bell peppers, and crispy roasted pork belly. If you find yourself at the Wynn during lunchtime, stop in for some exquisitely light dim sum; even dumpling aficionados will be impressed (and not just with the dragon).
