| The operative term at this serene and slick eatery is "tradition" - unlike too many Japanese restaurants in Macau and around the world, Okada eschews fusion and sticks to classically prepared sushi, sashimi, robatayaki and teppanyaki. Of course, this being the second Okada at the hands of chef Hirofumi Imamura (there's also an Okada at Wynn Las Vegas), it's a given that the ingredients will be of extremely good quality; the presentation, fastidious and beautiful; and the service, flawless. Whoever thinks tradition means stuffy needs to try this restaurant. |
